According to customer needs and our material strengths, our custom cabinets mainly use E0 Standard Particle Board, called Shuxin Board, and Multi-Layer Board for basin cabinets. Now, we’d like to introduce you to our high-quality particleboard.
High Standard Board
Firstly, we can directly see the board particles through the cross-section. The particle board is made of all kinds of wood particles.
However, in the market, there are different standards for the raw materials of particle board, such as solid wood particles, solid wood shavings, leftover materials from the processing of logs, recycled miscellaneous wood, blockboards, branched, etc. After the machine unified fragment integration and high-pressure bonding, a complete particleboard was formed by sticking a veneer paper on the outside.
The Shuxin Board used by MyHouz adopts all eucalyptus particles and particleboard as raw materials. The inner base is made of larger eucalyptus particles so that the inner core of the base material can better retain the toughness and corrosion resistance of natural wood. Fine shavings are selected for the surface to improve the smoothness and reduce water absorption. Improve the overall performance of the board from inner and outside.
Mature Production Process
The production line of particle board is the most mature and highly integrated. The intelligent manufacturing process of particle board can describe in a sentence: input a piece of wood, and return you a board.
MyHouz’s cooperative factory, from the input of a piece of eucalyptus wood to a qualified and high-quality Shuxin Board, all adopt the Dieffenbacher production line imported from Germany, and all 17 production processes are operated by computer data, fully automated paving and pressing molding, truly achieving intelligent integrated production.
The process not only ensures that the output standard of the Shuxin Board is highly unified but also makes the excellent quality performance of each board in control. It can accurately control the environmental protection standard of each board.
Every Board is Environmental Protection
The formaldehyde content of a board is closely related to its manufacturing process and the type of glue used. Shuxin Board used by MyHouz adopts E0 grade environmental protection glue.
In terms of its production process, the inner of the Shuxin Board will be unified by intelligent spraying with glue, strict control of the glue content of each board, and then through hot pressing treatment to eliminate formaldehyde, which makes it more environmental protection.
According to the Professional Material Testing Institutions, the Formaldehyde emission of our board is 0.02mg/m³, much lower than E0 0.05mg/m³.
Excellent Overall Performance
The overall performance of particle boards is relatively stable with a relatively lower price. Shuxin Board is made of large particles of eucalyptus in the middle and fine shavings in the upper and lower layers, which are of higher quality. The nail holding power, compression resistance, deformation resistance, and cracking resistance of the substrate are all strengthened.
The surface of the pressed particleboard is even and flat, and the board with a richer texture and more realistic touch can be pasted through a veneer paper.
The veneer paper adopts the original imported materials from Xiawang, Germany, original European ARCOLOR, and Hartmann printing ink. The yellowing resistance index of surface papers reached grade 4. Whether it is used as a wardrobe, balcony, or cupboard, it is a good choice.
